It seems just like yesterday we were coming over the bridge to our new base, and now it’s time to leave. We have to say that overall we really liked living in FL. We will definitely miss the beautiful warm weather, the beach, fishing, Big Mama’s and all the friends we made ( all though it seems most of them have been stationed elsewhere and have left already and some we get to see again! Yay!). What we won’t miss is the smell of the paper mill, the driving (if they want to call it that), the lack of highways, and the Wal-Mart, and the overall ghettoness. So, onto our next adventure…cold, windy Oklahoma here we come!
Great picture- I was thinking about what I was going to do this summer for a swimming pool, base is far away and there is no free beautiful beach half a block away. it made me depressed to think about swimming in a stinky little pool with pee water.
