A lil' background info.

How Isaac and I met:


I was home for the summer after graduating from college. So, what kind of job did I get with my hard earned degree? Ready for this? I worked at Lazer Wash! That's right a car wash! What every college graduate yearns to do! Anywhoo, you know that rumor about how you gain the freshman 15? Well, I gained the freshman 15, the sophomore 10, Junior 10, and Senior 10. Lucky for me I have a lil' sister who loves to work out and torture people into working out with her. Apparently working at the car wash in 100 degree weather was not burning enough calories, so she talked me into joining the gym.
One day while doing the elliptical a guy walked in. He had on a bandanna around his head, a muscle shirt, wind pants, and a mean look. My sister leaned over and whispered "just your type". And that was a problem. I had sworn off the gangsta types or Military guys. And he def. looked military or gangster. So, my goal in the gym was to avoid him at all cost. The problem was that he was smart. He quickly realized that my sister and I hung out with our friend, Josiah, at the gym. So, he made friends with Josiah.
Well, one day Josiah had to get his wisdom teeth removed. A perfect opportunity this fella to ask me where his work out buddy was. And somehow that turned into a 30min convo. 'hmmm' I thought to myself 'that guy's pretty nice'.
So, a week goes by and it was my Birthday so I asked for the day off of work to go shopping . Well, shopping always makes me feel fat. So, I hit the gym. Guess who was there? The "my type to avoid guy" aka Isaac! Well, we made small talk again for an hour...when he asked when my birthday was I tried not to sound like a big loser being in the gym on my Birthday and said "July 7th" Well, he figured it out and asked me to Chili's that night. We got there at 6pm and stayed till midnight talking. And from then on we were inseparable.


Proposal:
Pretty much after our Chili's date we both knew we had met "the one". So, we started dating in July '06. Said "I love you" by the 2nd week. And on Sept. 29, 2006 Isaac took me to "The Tower of America" in San Antonio, TX and proposed. It was so romantic!

Wedding:


We were married Nov. 19, 2006 in Seguin, TX.

Baby Fever:

So, you know how people say woman get baby fever? That was def. me! We got preggers on our honeymoon and on Aug. 21, 2007 at 5:50am Isaac David Cavazos was born! Yay! He was 20inches. 7.52oz. And a whole lotta cuteness!!!

Currently:

Currently we are stationed at Tydall AFB in FL. We really love being in the Air Force and living by the beach. And we love all the new friends we have made!
